Designing for people, with people

Wherever we work, live and move: Everything we do happens in interactions with other people – and services. These encounters shape our lives, feelings and above all: our well-being. At service works we design services, systems and processes that improve the way we live, work and communicate. We analyse structures and processes to optimise the existing and create new ways. And  to create a lively service culture that inspires.

Our working method is based on an iterative 7-step design process. We work together to understand existing problems and needs, but also to identify hidden potential and strengths. In doing so, we use the design thinking approach, analytical and methodical procedures, as well as communication design techniques. We work visually and applied to make information equally accessible to all. Because we are convinced that a balanced and successful concept is created when the perspectives and needs of all participants are taken into account within a project. That is why we are happy to work for you, but above all with you and your customers and employees.
